If you need regular changes on your website very often, you will need the VIP package. It also needed if your site e-Commerce site.
If you rarely change your site, but sometime needs edit, you can select PLUS as it comes with 4x30 minutes edits slot.
If you don't need any changes each month, you can choose BASIC package.
How do I contact the support
It depends on what package you has.
If you have VIP package, you will get our account manager number to have a chat and schedule zoom meeting if needed.
If you have PLUS package, you will get our account manager number but no meeting provided.
